Hi guys,

My name is Christian Bohm. I'm a Senior FX TD.
Originally I'm from germany (you will hear it), where I studied.
I have over 15 years of experience in the field of CG, with 10 professionally in VFX, 8 years in London.

I started my career as a Lighter. I was always on the technical side of things, so at some point I spent half my time writing scripts in PyMEL. Then I got in touch with Houdini on one project and fell in love. It was what I was always looking for. So I decided to move to Effects.
I worked in the US and London,UK, currently I'm living in Berlin, Germany. I worked in Film, Commercials and TV for ILM,MPC and Framestore

I also worked on a couple of TV shows like "The witcher", "Lazarus Project" and "Avatar - the last airbender".
I'm known for my Houdini Fundamentals course on Houdini-course.com, where I teached thousands of students the basics of Houdini.
One of the most-asked for topics was rendering, so I decided to create this course, which just like Houdini-course will keep growing over the coming years.
